One Week Until Box of Joy!

It’s almost here! Box of Joy sorting and packing will start next Wednesday, November 5th.

We will be at the Moose Lodge, 2210 Pratt St, Longmont, CO 80501.

Those with trucks and/or strong arms to help move everything from storage can meet us at the Lodge at 11 am Wednesday.

If you like to sort inventory, assemble boxes, wrap boxes, and work on prep we will start around 1 pm on Wednesday and continue Thursday and Friday at 9:30 am.

Packing the boxes full of joy will start Thursday and Friday at 3:30 pm and continue through the evening and on Saturday morning.

We especially appreciate the volunteers who stick around Saturday afternoon to help with cleanup!

Wed, 11/5, 1 pm - 5 pm: Sort items, assemble boxes

Thurs, 11/6, 9:30am-12:30pm: Sort items, assemble boxes

Thurs, 11/6, 12:30pm-3:30pm: Sort and inventory items, assemble boxes

Thurs, 11/6, 3:30pm-7pm: Begin packing boxes for 10-14 year olds

Fri, 11/7, 9:30am-12:30pm: Finish packing boxes for 10-14 year olds

Fri, 11/7, 12:30pm-3:30pm: Assemble boxes, prep for packing

Fri, 11/7, 3:30pm-8pm: Pack boxes for 5-9 year olds

Sat, 11/8, 9:30am-1:30pm: Pack boxes for 2-4 year olds

Sat, 11/8, 1:30pm-5pm: Clean up and transfer items to storage
